In order to make the glue smooth like butter, we use Japanese raw materials. Since the specific gravity of the base material and pigment is different from other glues, it will cause the phenomenon of precipitation, but this is normal. Each newly opened color gel must be mixed well before use.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible. If we have not yet packaged and/or shipped out your items, we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.

By purchasing any of our products the buyer assumes all responsibility for its use. Please understand that some of our products could be a choking hazard, and are not suitable for small children. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from Washington state. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active after 24 hours. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Anki Nail Art Collection L.L.C ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

*USPS Priority Mail Express is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery Time
International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on how fast your country clears import customs. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time,  Anki Nail Art Collection cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, customs/border issues (for international orders), or other service interruptions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Anki Nail Art Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return policy
*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases. 

Items may be returned (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Note that items not in unused, unopened & in original condition are not eligible for returns barring manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. However, mapgel.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of manufacturer’s defect* or shipping damage. Returns due to manufacture’s defect* will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Please understand that it is necessary to charge a restocking fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 30 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.

Exchange policy

Missing & Defective Items
 

Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include goods damaged due to mishandling during shipping and new goods with notable defect. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 30 days will be denied.
